Breast Cancer Awareness

On October 1, 2015, The Woman’s Town Club observed Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The lunch tables were decorated with pink napkins and carnations. Awareness literature was provided and some members shared their "survival" stories.  The Club ended the observance by donating a symbolic "pink ribbon" blanket and a check to the Springfield Regional Cancer Center.
